Visit Booth No. 3204 to hear about the emergence of a smoke-free future
MELBOURNE, Fla. – Representatives from the makers of the top-selling, self-contained e-vaping device branded BIDI® Stick will be attending the 2022 NACS Show from Oct. 1-4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The team will be exhibiting in Booth No. 3204, North Hall, Level 1.
Among the topics that staff at Bidi Vapor will discuss are the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) removal of e-vaping devices containing lab-produced or synthetic nicotine. Throughout its history, Bidi Vapor has only used nicotine derived from tobacco in its electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).
Officials at the Melbourne, Fla.-based company have always prioritized regulatory compliance at the federal, state and local levels, as demonstrated by its marketing efforts at keeping its products from minors to the timely submission of its Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) to the FDA.
While the FDA did issue a marketing denial order (MDO) against Bidi Vapor’s flavored ENDS, a court decision earlier this year suspended the MDO, making Bidi Vapor one of the only companies that can legally sell its flavored products.
Representatives from Bidi Vapor can also address a recent licensing agreement between the company’s U.S. distributor, Kaival Brands Innovations Group Inc., and Philip Morris Products S.A. (PMPSA). The agreement allows PMPSA to use certain intellectual property, patents and methods from Bidi Vapor to develop and distribute vaping products outside of the U.S. This summer, PMPSA introduced its “VEEBA” e-vaping device in markets throughout Canada.
